LETTER OF APPRECIATION I would like to express my sincere gratitude for your valuable help and contribution towards my recovery process. Your gesture has been of great importance to me, and I am deeply thankful. I would not have done it alone. I thank you for your service, love ; support and kindness.
I would write a whole book about you, but I want to highlight a few things that helped me alot with my recovery.1.Reception: Thank you, Hlengiwe, for making things easier and being friendly and supportive towards us you make us feel at home with your hospitality 2.Social workers: Mr Jayiya Thank you alot my brother. There are no words for me to describe how grateful I am to have met you. You made things easier for me during your sessions; The morning affirmations you made us do before every session made me fell free; relieved and motivated. The one-on-one session we had made me to value and choose life again so thank you keep up the good work 3. Mr Lizwe: Thank you alot my brother. I was not a person who liked to express himself but you changed that you brought out many personalities I did not know I had. You thought me alot how appropriate and value life. How to love myself first before loving others. Thank you but you are strictly and I like that ( attention all patients SESSION TIME; SESSION TIME)😂😂😂
4.Kitchen staff Wow thanks alot you were friendly and always smiling when serving food to everyone. Our rooms always clean and doing laundry for us Thank you 🙏 alot. I even gained 6 kg while I was there😄
5.To Jack thanks for the training session we had and welcoming and keeping the pool clean To SBUU thank you my brother for being there for us and giving us hope
6 To Mr Goss Thank for creating a place like this to give us second chance in life 👏👏👏

Eric’s Success Story

entered the rooms of choose life as a wreck…I spent a full three weeks during my first admission and left a sober and clean man…because I had not followed the principles of the 12step programme, I was overwhelmed by the real world and a few months later I was back with the same problem. The second time around I took initiative and responsibility for my own recovery…and after three weeks again I left a completely changed man…I\\\’m proud to say that I have now been 18months clean and I\\\’m I\\\’m still going strong….thank you choose life for helping me choose life…
Special thanks to Mr Vernon Goss…not all heroes wear capes…!!!

Choose Life has opened my thoughts on another level. It has shown me the abuse I have unleashed in my brain. I’m slowly killing myself but I can change that. I can be sober, be a husband, a father, a son, a brother, a friend. I have a life worth living if I follow the program.
